How customer care helps you innovate

The PVE RD260 Resonator is one of the innovative highlights of Dieseko Group and Resonance Technology International (RTI) . This machine uses a new technique that doesn’t damage the soil unlike more conventional vibro methods. This foundation equipment causes no vibration to the surroundings. That's why resonance technique makes it possible to perform foundation jobs close to a fragile construction, which is often the case in urban areas.

Because technology and customer demands constantly change, it’s very important to keep improving during development. We have learned a lot just by listening to our customers and other involved parties. By staying in close contact with involved parties, imperfections are discovered in an early stage, which gives us the perfect opportunity to keep optimising our product.

Customer care

We often check up on our clients and ask them if their machines are working efficiently. Customer care is very important for us. Our database has two contacts of each company we produce for. Our team stays in touch, so we can learn from our contacts. Feedback from our customers helps us to improve ourselves. We visit our customers on a regular basis to check out the machines.

Before we introduce our products to the market, we do a lot of testing. It’s very important to check our equipment and make sure everything is safe and in order. Although our tests are done extensively you can’t compare these tests with the real deal: daily use. If you really want to know if your machine works, it needs to be used by the people it’s intended for.

Discover flaws

If the machine or equipment is used extensively every day you discover imperfections you didn’t notice during the testing phase. A machine that’s used on a daily base has a lot to endure. You discover which parts are fragile and can use improvement. Thanks to our clients we could solve problems with clamps in an early stage.
